So Big is a small, private group helping to shape my book, So Big You Don’t See It, while I write it.

The book asks why two banks with the same regulator, the same software and the same graduates feel nothing alike, and why someone two months into a job already knows the rules nobody wrote down.

If you’ve seen patterns like these in your own organisation, the book needs your stories.

HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE

• Bring your questions and experience to the online sessions. Each session opens with a story from the book, and the conversation that follows feeds into the next draft.

• Share stories from inside your organisation. With your permission, and anonymised if you prefer, they may end up in the book.

• Read extracts from the draft and tell me what is working and what is not.
