Q: This sounds too good to be true. 90 minutes can't do what programmes can't.
A: Programmes operate at the level of behaviour. SSC operates at the level of the structure generating behaviour. The 90 minutes don't fix everything. It makes the pattern visible, which is where everything that genuinely changes begins.
Q: We've invested heavily in leadership development. How does this sit alongside that?
